Kalyan Lopez has just released a beautiful Emo Trap / Experimental Pop EP titled Stuck In My Mind and it is nothing short of otherworldly. This five-track masterpiece was self-produced and engineered by Kalyan with some assistance from his friends in the industry, resulting in an incredible blend of sub-genres ranging from Trap Metal to EDM and even Pop. To top it off, Kalyan’s vocals are delivered with passion, precision, and determination that makes this release truly stand out. His vocals are the reason this EP passes as a Trap Metal release. He’s ripping these vocals from the diaphragm like a true metal vocalist. Even when he hits the melodies he maintains velocity and ferocity. There are even some Cover Songs on this release that hit me like a curve ball. But you will just have to listen to find out. This EP has really blown me away; its innovative soundscapes show off the immense talent of both Kalyan as a musician/recording engineer as well as his ability to collaborate effectively with others in order to create something truly special. It showcases not only his technical prowess but also how far he can push himself creatively when given free rein over a project – something which many artists struggle to do successfully on their own!
In conclusion, I believe that this new experimental Emo Trap release proves why we should all have respect for Kalyan Lopez’s artistry: he consistently produces high quality music while pushing himself further each time he releases something new! His hard work definitely shows here; if you haven’t already heard it then I highly recommend giving this amazing EP a listen. I give Stuck In My Mind a rating of 10/10 zero complaints.
